Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not satisfied with your order you may return your order within 14 days from the day you received the item.
HOW TO USE OUR RETURN SERVICE
The return form can be requested on firstname.lastname@example.org
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier received the item.

The below are the steps to follow if you are to return an item:
- Return Form. Please ask email@example.com for the return form that will be sent to you by e-mail.
- Fill out the return form and remember to write what you are returning and tick whether you wish to return or exchange your item.
- Book your collection. Contact your local Post Office.
- Pack the items. Pack your return item(s) using the original packing provided.
- Label the package. Attach one pre-paid label securely to the box, ensuring the previous delivery label is covered.
- Complete the Return. Take the parcel to your local Post Office and ask for the tracking number
In the event that you’re not 100% satisfied with any items you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is unworn and that has the hang-tag intact hanging to the garment and which is shipped in the original packaging. This applies aslo to any product shipped with defects in craftmanship or material. We will advise once the return parcel has arrived at our premises and after being checked by our staff. Please note that we discourage strongly our customers to buy any item from our company in case of doubt, as we want to avoid unnecessary return shipments with regard to respect our environment.
To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered.Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
Returning Goods from Non-EU Countries
If you are living outside the EU, you will also have received a Proforma Invoice with your package. This needs to be completed and enclosed with the items you wish to return. On this form you will need to indicate which item(s) are being returned by ticking the boxes alongside the product details. You will need to complete the Returns Number section with the number you have been issued and sign appropriately. All successfully returned items will be only credited to the account used originally to purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or original shipping charges incurred and will be refunded in the currency in which you paid at the price you paid at the exchange rate prevailing on the day when you bought the item.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE
Returning an item will incur a charge of 20 EUR unless the return is a result of our error. The shipping charge will be deducted from the amount refunded.
To prevent fraud, we are only able to refund the amount to the credit card that was used to place the order. We are entitled to retain the refund until we have received the items or proof of return of the items has been presented to us whichever is the earlier.
Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
